Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times: Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days.

Please note as a small business and having limited resources and staff, all orders are pack and shipped as soon as possible.

Most items are sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force, though we do occasionally use other couriers.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carriers or unforeseen events.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

International Shipping:

We currently do not ship outside of the United Kingdom unless by special request. If applicable, international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Alluring Alchemy is not responsible for customs duties or taxes applied to your shipment. Any fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Lost Packages:

Alluring Alchemy is not responsible for packages damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging and damaged items before filing.

Incorrect Address:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Missing or Delayed Orders:
